anticipations

A manifesto on the challenges of contemporary production in the arts

Description:

Along with Faisons de l’inconnu un allié, this book titled Anticipations concludes the pre-launch programme organised by the Fondation d’entreprise Galeries Lafayette begun in October 2013. This book presents the institutional and curatorial research launched by the Prolégomènes series and developed through production residencies, as well as through numerous projects supported by the Fondation in France and abroad.

The book is the subject of an artistic commission by the Swiss artist Raphael Hefti. Thanks to the particular treatment of the cover, each book will be a unique piece.

The book is built around 4 parts:

  • Production booklets of the main projects led by the Fondation since October 2013
